LendingCalculators.com is a set of free loan calculators built around one idea: show the whole schedule, not just the monthly number. Every tool renders the full amortization table on the page, with a chart, a print view, and a CSV download, and the payoff tools compare several extra-payment plans side by side instead of one at a time.
The site is not a lender and is not affiliated with any lender. Nothing you enter is sent anywhere; the math runs in your browser, and the privacy policy spells out the little the site does collect.
All eight calculators share one amortization engine. The payment formula is the standard one, M = P × i ÷ (1 − (1 + i) to the power of minus n, and each schedule row charges interest on the opening balance, applies the rest of the payment to principal, and reduces the balance. The final row is forced to zero so every schedule balances to the cent.
The engine's $250,000 base case is checked against figures published by independent amortization calculators, to the cent, and every tool page names its sources in a list at the end of How it works. Where a rule matters, such as when PMI can be cancelled or what counts as a balloon payment, the page cites the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau's own text.
No calculator on this site pulls a live interest rate, and no page shows a "today's rate." Where a range helps, as on the land loan page, the page names the lender rate sheets it came from and stamps the date they were checked. Those ranges are rechecked periodically and the stamp is updated when they are.
It is not financial advice. The calculators show what the arithmetic does; they do not tell you whether to borrow, pay extra, or refinance. It is not a lender or a lead form. And it does not collect your numbers. See the terms of use for the estimates note that every calculator links to.

LendingCalculators was created by Cedrick Reese, a retired veteran and web developer who enjoys building free, user-friendly online tools that simplify everyday tasks. It's one of the tool sites I run under Ready Utilities. My journey began in the early 2000s with affiliate marketing and niche site development, which grew into a passion for creating practical digital utilities and calculators. After retiring, I earned a Computer Systems Technician certificate from UEI College, completed Electro-Mechanical Technologies at Tulsa Welding School, and finished the Carpentry program at Florida State College at Jacksonville. Today, I combine my technical background and craftsmanship by building furniture using traditional woodworking methods, gardening, and developing helpful online tools for users worldwide.
